Youth Affairs Council WA (YACWA) is a non-profit organisation which seeks to ensure young people's view and experiences are valued and included.
Services included:
Policy and advocacy
- Conducts advocacy and policy advice on behalf of the interest of young people
Peer-led programs
- Oversees the implementation of peer-led projects including the YEP Project, Youth Pride Network and Youth Homeless Advisory Council.
Youth workshops
- For young people on a range of issues including being a changemaker or peer researcher
Professional development
- Training for professionals on better actively engaging with young people.
